Kalabria is a Marketing & Communications Strategist with The Clean Slate Initiative, specializing in social media management, executive brand support, and event support. Kalabria is driven by her passions for community, creativity, collaboration, and compassion. Kalabria is highly passionate about serving all people and standing in solidarity with individuals while ensuring their opportunity to thrive. Before joining The Clean Slate Initiative in 2022, Kalabria worked in various capacities with various missions, including the Apex Chamber of Commerce and the Office of Mayor Gilbert in Apex, NC. Most recently, Kalabria worked with the community engagement team at World Relief Durham and assisted in the emergency resettling of over 100 refugees and immigrants in Durham, NC, after the fall of Afghanistan.  

Kalabria also volunteers to advocate and organize community initiatives and events in her hometown, such as the inaugural Juneteenth festival.
