2024 marks thirty years since the passage of the infamous 1994 Crime Bill – the largest crime bill in the United States. To mark this milestone, we held a panel conversation with leaders of some of the most prominent criminal justice organizations in the country to discuss how they have made significant progress in reducing incarceration and recidivism and how much more there is to do to create a better, fairer system.
