Jesse Kelley, CSI, Gives Testimony to CT Judiciary Committee in support of HB 6918
The Clean Slate technical fix bill, House Bill 6918, is up for consideration in the state’s Judiciary Committee. This bill is an important step toward ensuring a smooth implementation of Connecticut’s Clean Slate law this year.
HB 6918 includes amendments that will improve upon the current Clean Slate bill language and address technical challenges that contributed to the state’s implementation delay.
