Jesse Kelley, CSI, Gives Testimony in Support of Vermont House Bill 655

The Clean Slate Initiative’s Jesse Kelley, Senior Policy Strategist, provided testimony in support of House Bill 655, which would expand eligibility for record clearance in the Green Mountain state.
