Jesse Kelley, CSI, Gives Testimony in Support of Rhode Island’s Clean Slate Bills

The Clean Slate Initiative’s Jesse Kelley, Senior Policy Strategist, provided testimony in support of Rhode Island’s expungement eligibility bill, HB 7053. The proposed bill would allow individuals with felony convictions to expunge up to six misdemeanor offenses from their records.
