Public Comment in support of FR-6362-P-01: Reducing Barriers to HUD-Assisted Housing

The Clean Slate Initiative offered comments supporting the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) proposed regulations to reduce barriers to HUD-assisted housing for individuals with conviction histories. The Clean Slate Initiative urges HUD to swiftly implement these regulations to promote equitable access to housing, support rehabilitation, and enhance community well-being and safety.
