The Clean Slate Initiative’s Jesse Kelley, Senior Policy Strategist, provided additional testimony in the Aloha state, this time in support of Hawaii’s stepping stone legislation: SB 2706.
The proposed bill would create a task force to discuss the intricacies of passing legislation providing for a state-initiated record clearance process, moving the state one step closer toward Clean Slate.
