Sheena Fluker

Grants and Contracts Manager

Sheena Fluker is the Grants and Contracts Manager with The Clean Slate Initiative. She provides support as the organization’s expert on contract compliance and oversees daily operations of pre-and post-award contracts, both incoming and outgoing.

Sheena brings over 15 years of combined experience in program management, workforce development, fiscal oversight, human resources, and grants management.

Her experience as the Project Director for a local workforce board provides the opportunity to procure state and federal funding to ensure that all job seekers (oftentimes from some of the most vulnerable and underserved communities) have equal access to employment, education, training, and supportive services in the labor market.

Sheena is passionate about serving others and has volunteered her time with various community organizations such as Your Helping Hand of North America and First Assembly North Little Rock. She is a member of the National Association of Workforce Development and the City of Little Rock ADA Citizen’s Grievance Committee Board.

Sheena received her BA in Psychology and Sociology, and her Master's in Organizational Management /Public Administration from the University of Arizona Global. She is currently enrolled in the Ed.D program at the University of Arkansas to receive her doctorate in Humans Resources and Workforce Development.

She currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, with her husband and three children. Sheena enjoys annual vacations with friends/family and attending activities such as competitive cheer, soccer, and basketball with her children.
